As they all know that, among lots of online businesses run by nice & honest people, there's some online businesses run by bad & unscrupulous people whose primary aim is to con funds out of unsuspecting naive people who are desperately looking online for jobs due to their circumstances such as being a stay-home-parent with babies, wheelchair bound, or whatever their unique circumstances could be that made them think that online jobs made more sense.

I decided to look around online, about 2 years ago, after seeing so lots of popups about home based jobs such as paid online surveys, freelance jobs, etc to see if they were another three of online schemes to rip you off. After I signed up with lots of of them, of coursework I could not check all, & receiving hundreds, if not thousands, of junk emails from them I could tell which ones were nice & bad. As in real life, they must be careful & take some precautions by finding out if there is a physical address of business or a phone number or even by checking it out on BBB.org (Better Business Bureau) online before typing in our sensitive information.

It is a business subject, which is based on research and study of practical applications of marketing techniques and management of the marketing resources. The one who excels in this field is known as marketing manager. The job of the marketing manager is to influence the timing and level of customer demand so as to help the sales. It actually depends on the size of the business and environment in the corporate industry. Like if he is working in a huge production company, he will be the general manager of a particular product category assigned to him and he will be responsible for profit and loss with respect to the product. And in small business there is no marketing manager as his job is taken over by the partners of the company.

Creating and communicating best customer values can increase the number of customers. The steps taken and resources utilized to maintain existing customers and get new customers fall under marketing management. The scope is quite large because it not only consists of developing a product, but also retaining it. The term marketing management has many definitions. It actually depends on individual firms and how the marketing department functions and activities of other departments like operations finance, pricing and sales.

Before deciding about a marketing strategy, the company must do an in-depth study about their business, and the market. This is where marketing management merges with strategic planning. Usually the marketing strategies are of three types, customer analysis, company analysis and competitor analysis. Using the customer analysis, the market is broken down into different types of customers. The marketing management realizes the characteristics and other variables of each group. They are geographical location, demographic, customer behavior pattern and need. Like a group of people can be recognized who can be less price sensitive, purchases often and are growing. Such groups can be worked on by heavy investments as they are worth the money and time. They cannot only retain such customers and make new customers in this group but they can go to the very extent of turning back customers who don’t belong to this group. Understanding the needs makes customer’s expectations to be met per their satisfaction, better than the competitors, which will lead to higher sales and obvious profit.

Company analysis highlights the cost structure and resources of the company and cost position when compared to competitors. The accounting executives use it to learn about the profit earned by a particular product. From time to time, audits are conducted to study about the strengths of various brands of the company.

You don't know where to start or do you have the stamina to do so. I will give you some pointers and idea's in this article.

First, consider finances. Depending on what business you plan to work at home, it might take some time for you to make money in your new venture. Can you afford to live on your spouse’s income only during that time?

To determine if you can afford your WAHM venture, first do a budget and figure out what your base living expenses are each month. Does one income cover that expense? If not, do you have enough in savings to cover the difference if need be for the first few months of your WAHM business?

If one salary isn’t enough to cover the expenses, do you have savings that you can pull from if necessary? If not, consider working a few more months while putting as much as possible in the bank.

Before you take the plunge, also consider what kinds of start-up expenses there will be for your business. Can you afford to make that investment? Remember that some start-up expenses are tax-deductible, but you still have to be able to make the purchases and investments now.

Working at home is often harder that it might appear initially. While the idea of working at home could hold some romance for you, the reality is that it’s much harder for most people than they initially realize, especially when there are child rein the house.

So ask yourself if you will be able to find the time and quiet to effectively work at home. Think about the kind of job you’ll be doing. If it requires phone work, consider that you need to have quiet in the house before you can do that work. If it requires computer time, is there a computer that you can use often for your work? Do you have a good area that you can claim as your workspace?

Once you have secured a spot and know what you’re going to do, think about the family arrangement. If you have very young children who aren’t even in preschool yet, do you have plans for how you will work around them? Do you have family who can help you or could you hire a babysitter? If you need to work full-time and your kids are in school, how will you handle your work time once they are home from school? How about holidays, days off and summer vacations?

Transitioning from being a mom who works outside the home to one who works at home can be tough. Or, if you’ve been at stay-at-home mom, it can be difficult on your family, who must make the transition from seeing you as very accessible to them to being concerned with other matters.

Ask yourself these hard questions about transition. Are you ready to work at home? Can you handle the isolation? Do you think you can be a work at home mom and still see to your family’s needs? Most moms decide to work at home because they want to be available to their children; if you plant your children in front of the television so you can work, you haven’t necessarily succeeded in your mission.

It requires creativity like designing, development and technical aspects like marketing and advertising. Affiliate marketing, email marketing, search engine marketing and interactive advertising are all different facets of Internet marketing. It also includes sales, public relations, information management and customer service. Ever since the advent of Internet, it is widely used for all kind of purposes. Among the advantages of Internet, some helps in doing business, shopping, etc, from the comfort of the house. According to a research, a quarter of the Internet users shop online. It has also helped grow electronic commerce and Internet marketing is a part of electronic commerce.

Direct marketing techniques like radio and television commercials, mails, and newsletters are the inspirations for Internet marketing, which involves direct response marketing strategies and is rapidly growing. Business-to-business, also known as B2B, and business-to-consumer, also known as B2C, are the two business models to which Internet marketing can be linked. B2C companies were the first to start when Internet marketing originated. They are companies that sell directly to the customers. B2B companies are meant to do business with each other.

Websites built for Internet marketing are slightly different than others. There are peer-to-peer modeled websites which are used to exchange products and services between each other. Other is name-your-price, where the customers have to specify their price range that they can spend and select products that fall in that price range. Price line.com is an example of such a website. Amazon.com is a website which is based on find-the-best-price model, where customers can find the lowest prices. Last are online auctions sites, where items are bid. Ebay.com is an example.

The companies who use Internet marketing are at an advantage. They don’t need to put in huge amounts of energy and time in Internet Marketing like other traditional methods. With the help of only few resources national and international markets can be reached. Because of very low investment, even small businesses are turning to online marketing. Websites and blogs have been developed for this purpose. Internet marketing is advantageous in the sense that the data is easily available on the Internet. Newsletters can be directly sent to customers and if it doesn’t contain the information they are looking for, they can search for information about the product online, make a decision and purchase it online itself.

One of the factors that hinder the growth of online marketing is delayed loading of the page. The web pages that take a lot of time to download test the patience of the consumer. To add to that, if the businesses design complex web pages with lots of graphics and animations, it will slow down the speed even more. Another minus point of online marketing is that the customers cannot feel, taste, smell or try products in order to make a good decision. To over come this, some of the online stores have created liberal return policies with the help of which the customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

Another biggest threat of online shopping is identity theft. Paying online using credit cards, e-checks are susceptible to hackers and information can be stolen and used. Many hackers and websites have been caught who were involved in buying and selling of personal information. Most of the websites have taken measures and incorporated good security on their websites. One of the best methods is encryption. When the data is being transferred between two computers; there is a possibility of a hacker intercepting it. So the data is changed by applying some encryption algorithm and is sent through the network and upon receiving, the decryption algorithm is applied to bring back the data to its original form.

Online selling is influencing all kinds of businesses like banking, advertising, music, etc. Instead of going to a store for buying cassettes and CDs, music can be bought online. Bank transactions like depositing, withdrawing, transferring funds, and paying bills are all performed online. Billions of dollars are invested every year in online advertising alone.
Cheers,

Everyday there are more than three thousand marketing messages reaching out to the customers and it is really a huge competition if one expects to be recognized among the crowd. This message should talk to the customer and influence his mind. Strong, creative, confident and exciting are the key factors that a message should have, as that will embed it into the customer’s thinking and he remembers it for a longer time. The customer should feel empowered and should think of taking some action right away. For instance Nike’s catch line is Just do it, it’s a line that has such a great impact on the minds of the people that they use that line even when talking about everything else, along with Nike products. It is obvious that by adding certain features, the marketing appeal can be multiplied.

Scientists agree to the fact that using visuals to make a person learn something is the best option than any other means and as one of the famous saying goes “a picture speaks a thousand words”. So the best bet is to add visuals to promote marketing. Visuals can be anything like pictures, animations, or graphics. See yourself what wonders it does by placing a picture of a representative and products on the company’s website. This not only brings the customers close but also strengthens the relationship.

Different colors depict different types of emotions. Messages can be delivered to people suing colors and meaning can be added to it. Red and blue are colors liked by aggressive shoppers where as yellow color can catch good attention of the on lookers. Green reflects health, money and nourishment, so it can be used in food advertisement. Black means strength and power that is why it has been used by Jaguar, on their website background and advertisement. Wealth and royalty means purple. Colors used on business cards can also be used to attract the customers. But the colors should be carefully played with, too much can be distracting. A professional help can be sought when selecting colors for business cards, website font, website background, logo, etc., to send the right message. On websites, fonts can be added which change colors and graphics that move.

There are lots of options available when thinking of what technology to use. The good news is that most of the options are cheap and easy to use. Audios and videos can be added to your website to attract attention. Like when one visits the Pepsi homepage, they are greeted with energetic music, which attracts teenagers instantly. To make a more realistic approach, welcome message, introduction video, interviews, or how the goods are produced, can be added to the website. Hearing a voice can be very touching and a rapport can be immediately developed with the visitor. Like Adidas’ website opens with a video which truly fits their punch line, Impossible is nothing.

Business cards should be outstanding and at its creative best. Professionally designed graphics can be added to a brochure type of card. Information about the company, contact information, quotations, and picture can be added on four sides of it. The fonts should be the same.

Just listing the benefits isn’t enough. Customers want more, they want their needs to be met. Like if some is thinking of buying an exercise equipment, don’t just say that the machine has display, automatic incline, cooling device, CD player, programs, but also add that there is a program with audio instructions which encourages the person to do exercise, which is meant for people who need real motivation to get out of their couch and to start sweating out. So convey exactly why the customer should use the product, be more precise.

Uniqueness is the biggest key factor. Not only should the products and services be unique, the marketing campaign should be unique too. Not only will the effort be appreciated but also the impression will be everlasting. Once faith of customers is gained, they will be like free walking advertisement and will spread the word to their friends and acquaintances like anything.

The web traffic can be traced with the help of a third party or own affiliate programs. A lot of work is involved in this process. At first marketing by this method involved lots of spamming, false advertising, trademark infringement, etc. But, after the invention of complex algorithms and advance security this has been regularized to make it safer for doing business and shopping online. This even led to the better scrutinizing of the terms and conditions by the merchants. Affiliate marketing became more profiting with the opening of more opportunities but at the same time it also increased the competition in marketing.

Due to this pressure in house affiliate programs for merchants became a thing of the past and were replaced by out-sourced programs. The companies that offered this service have expert affiliate and network program managers who have various affiliate program management techniques. These affiliate networks have publishers associated with them who help them with the advertising part.

Affiliate marketing was started by cdnow.com who had music oriented websites. They placed list of music albums on their site and they paid others if they put those links in their websites when a visitor bought their album through their site. The first company to link with cdnow.com was Geffen Records. Two months later, Amazon was offered by a woman that she would sell Amazon’s books on her website and she should be paid a certain percentage in return if she sold Amazon’s books through her site. They liked the idea and started the Amazon associates program. It was more of a commission program where they received a commission if a visitor clicked their links and banners on other’s site and bought anything through it.

Since its invention, the affiliate network has been adopted by various businesses like travel, education, telecom, mobile, gaming, personal finance, retail, and subscription sites, the most common being adult and gambling sectors. In UK alone, affiliate marketing produced £ 2.16 billion.

The compensation methods used are Cost per sale (CPS), Cost per action (CPA), Cost per mile (CPM) and Cost per click (CPC). The first two are the more famous methods today. This is because in CPM and CPC, the visitor which turns up on a particular website might not be the targeted audience and a click would be enough to generate commission. CPS and CPA have a compulsion that the visitor not only clicks on the link but also buys something or signs up for some service after it which proves that he is among the targeted audience. Only in the above case the affiliate gets paid. So the affiliate should try to send as much targeted traffic as possible to the advertiser in order to increase his/her returns and for this reason affiliate marketing is also known as performance marketing because it totally depends on the performance of the affiliate. The affiliate team can be differentiated from a sales team from the nature of their jobs. The job of the affiliate team is to drag targeted traffic to a point and from that
point it’s the job of the sales team to influence the visitor to buy the product or the service.

This is a very effective kind of method because the money is being paid only when results have been achieved. The publisher incurs all the cost except that of initial setup and development of the program, which is incurred by the merchant. Many businesses give credit to this method of marketing for their success.
Cheers,

That is until I started to understand more about affiliates and affiliate programs.

WHAT IS AN AFFILIATE?
An affiliate is someone who promotes other people’s products or services. When you become an affiliate you have a money making business opportunity but you have none of the worries or expenses of a typical business. You’ll never have the bother of dealing with processing or shipping an order or be involved with customer care. You will however receive money for your promotional efforts. When someone purchases a product or service through your efforts you receive a commission on the sale. All you have to do is promote and wait to receive your payment cheques.

WHERE DO I FIND AN AFFILIATE PROGRAM?
There are literally thousands of affiliate programs to choose from. Many of them will tell you that you will earn thousands and thousands of dollars per month if you join them. They will state all the amazing benefits to you and how new and fabulous their particular product or service is. I’m sure you have seen these advertisements everywhere on the Internet. If you type in affiliate programs into your search engine you will see what I mean. You will also just come across them as you are surfing.
It can be quite over whelming to make a choice.

HOW DO I DECIDE WHICH AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS FOR ME?
There are three approaches to choosing the right program for you.
Choose something that has a high demand
Choose something that you have a passion for
Combine the above two points so you will have a product that is in high demand and you are passionate about it.

I personally think a combination of these approaches is the best.
If you choose something that is in high demand then there will be a market for the product or service. It is essential to have a market otherwise you will find that no one will be interested in buying from you. The down side here however is when there is a high demand there is also a lot of competition.

If you choose something you are passionate about then you’ll have more fun and you’ll be more passionate about what you are promoting. When you have something you can put your heart and soul into you will generally do better than if you are promoting something you don’t care about or know nothing about.

Before I saw this Ad I had tried dozens and dozens of make money at home endeavors in my spare time--opportunities that didn’t go anywhere, mainly because there was no instructions on how to take the necessary steps to accomplish my goal.

One day I hit upon, “The Home Biz Guy’s PluginProfit Site,” where you are promised to receive the help you need to make money online. To my way of thinking I had the computer sitting there why not use it to help earn extra dollars. Besides, this Ad promised a free Website setup. I have wanted a Website for a while now, but lacked the necessary knowledge to set it up. I am still working on my personal website that I hope to publish one day. When I saw this Ad, something inside me came to life and I had to signup. I think it also helped that the startup fee was low.

Well Stone Evans doesn’t just set up the website and then leave you stranded. He follows through on what he has promised. He actually has developed a 30 day online course to teach you how to take the necessary steps to earning auto-pilot income on the internet. Your Website comes all setup to go, as well, you are connected to another PluginProfit Site that you promote which helps you earn ongoing residual income. This offer had all the information I would need to learn to make a success of an online marketing business. The reason why the website is called a PluginProfit Site is because it is setup to bring in 5 separate streams of income.

This course leads you through all the necessary steps it takes to setup and run an online marketing business. We get to practice as we go along. There is also a neat Host4Profit Forum where we have the opportunity to talk to other people of like mind.

This is one of the best setup courses that I have come across and I feel it is a must for anyone who wants to learn the internet marketing business and has the courage to make the commitment to do the 30 day course. It is setup with tons of information referrals for making money online, learning the process of email marketing and steps to promoting your own website home page.

Auto surfing allows you to make a small investment in agreement that you will view ads from other websites. The more ads you view, the more money you are paid based on your initial investment.

To make any kind of decent money in auto surf programs is really hit and miss. The two most recent popular auto surf programs where Studio Traffic and 12 Daily Pro. Studio traffic ran for a few years, while 12 Daily Pro survived almost 1 year. Both programs paid high returns for surfing webpage’s and a lot of people did make large sums of money, however when these systems crashed a lot of people also lost money.

My take on auto surf programs is that they work, but we never know when the administrator is going to take down the program or run with the money. Usually auto surf programs will offer a return on your initial investment that may range anywhere from 10% of 10 days or 15% over 15 days. It’s nearly impossible for a company to keep up with these high returns for such a long time and a lot of them rely on new business.

There are a few new auto surf programs popping up such as Alien Trust and Phoenix Surf, however I would be reluctant to invest any type of money with these programs given the past of Studio Traffic and 12 Daily Pro. At the same time, I do believe they will pay out; it’s just a matter of time before the program actually crashes.

If you’re looking to generate any substantial income online, look to find solid programs that have existed for years. There are tons of programs available online and I’ll be the first to admit that the majority of them do not work. However over the past few years I have found a few that do work and that I have been successful with.

Most people who are looking for an online business are usually looking for fast money and that’s why auto surf programs do so well initially. This article will talk about what back-links are and the best places to get them.

Google puts a large emphasis on back-links when looking for relevant sites for a natural search. If you want to improve your natural listings and rank higher on Google you need to increase the number of back-links to your site. Here are some tips in helping you choose where to place your back-links.

What is a Back link? In simple terms, a back link is a link from another site that links to yours. Back-links that come from higher page rank sites have more value to your site. Most people try to get back-links from sites that have a page rank of 3 or higher.

“Do Follow” or “No Follow” Links A “no follow” link tells the search engine not to follow the link while crawling the website. This means that if you submit and article with links to a site that is “no follow”, you are getting minimal benefits from that site. Many experts will tell you not to bother submitting your articles to “no follow” sites if your main purpose is for back-links.

Get Back-links from Sites That Are in Your Niche Although you can get back-links from most sites online, search engines do put more value on “relevant” back-links. It is worth the effort to find sites in your niche.

Do Not Link to “Spam my” Sites Some sites and the links attached to them are seen as spam by the search engines and could cause you to be penalized by them. Again, linking to sites with high page rank will normally be fine.

Be Consistent in Generating Back-links In order to be listed naturally, search engines want to see increases in back-links at a natural pace. If you want to generate 5 back-links a day, that is fine. Just make sure that you don’t do 1 link on the first day, 25 the next and then 2 the third and another 25 the fourth, etc. Search engines will penalize you for generating at an inconsistent speed. A good pace is up to 5-7 links per day.

Places to Generate Links The following is a list of ideas of places you can get more back-links to your site. The list is far from exhaustive, but will give you thousands of places to place you links. Remember to pace yourself.

Article Submission Sites – EzineArticles, GoArticles, Article Dashboard, etc. Social Bookmarking – Bibsonomy, Diigo, folkd, etc. Social Networking – Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, etc. RSS Feeds – Feedbomb, Feedplex, Icerocket, etc. Forum Posting – Forums that relate to your niche market Blog Commenting – Blogs that relate to your niche market Web Directories – Yahoo, Dmoz, Jayde, etc. Website Reviews – Creamaid, Abestweb, devshed, etc. Press Releases – Businesswire, clickpress, prleap, etc. Exchanging Links – Sites that are related to your niche Classifies Ad Sites – USFreeAds, Adlandpro, Craigslist, etc. E-book Directories – ebookdirectory, ebookjungle, ebookbroadcast, etc. “Site of the Day” Sites – picks.yahoo.com, blackstump, coolpick, etc. Backlinking Services – linkadage, textlinkbrokers, buy-ad-links, etc.

Staying Motivated For Your Internet Business

You’re doing it. For years you’ve wanted to work from home and you are finally doing it. You are no longer an employee who has a “J O B” you are now a business owner, self-employed, ruler of your own destiny AND you have inherited all the responsibilities that come with owning a business:

* You are the manager * You are the marketer * You are the service provider/widget maker * You are the bookkeeper

And the list goes on. We often get so busy running our businesses that we forget why we started them in the first place.

So what does a small business owner do to stay motivated while working from home?

1. Remember the “why”.

Take a step back to remember the reason you went into business in the first place. What was your inspiration? It helps to focus intently on how you felt when you first realized you wanted to be successfully self-employed. For me, it was the sense of freedom and independence that I knew would come with success as an entrepreneur.

2. Give yourself a deadline.

If you’re procrastinating about a project, you may be motivated by the self-imposed pressure of a deadline. Try giving yourself a deadline that you won’t want to back down on: send an email to friends announcing a new product launch, email your client with a due date for that big project you’re working on, take reservations for your first telecasts, you get the idea.

3. Maintain a support system.

One of the hardest parts of being a entrepreneur can be the sense of isolation. When things go right (or wrong), we no longer have the “water cooler” to go to. Be sure there is someone who you can share with, someone who is available for a quick motivational chat when you need one.

4. Keep the goal in sight.

A simple, yet effective motivational tool is to keep your goals in sight – literally. I’ve taken a picture of my dream house and made it the background wallpaper on my computer. One glance at it is a megadose of motivation for me!

5. Take a nap.

As counter-intuitive as it sounds, taking a power-nap is one of the best ways to rejuvenate your body AND mind. So the next time you’re feeling overwhelmed or low, slowly and intently read each of your goals and then go take a power-nap. Let your subconscious work on ways to manifest those goals while you rest.

When you wake, you’ll be raring to go!

6. Reward yourself.

When faced with a large project, unpleasant task or anything that overwhelms you, plan a reward for once it’s done. The reward can be as simple as a quiet bath with candles or as exciting as a professional sporting event. Just be sure to plan a reward that YOU want and will enjoy!

7. Take a break.<qtlend></qtlend>

You’ve most likely never worked harder than when you are first starting your own business. In addition to actually “doing” all the work, you need to work on marketing, invoicing and other overhead or “non-billable” tasks.

Don’t get caught in the trap of “all work and no play”. Be sure you take days off and breaks throughout the day to rejuvenate and gain some perspective. Whenever I’m stuck on a project, I grab one of the dogs and go for a walk…by the time I return to the office, things have usually sorted themselves out in my head.

It doesn't matter how successful your home business is or how much you love to work from home; both new and established entrepreneurs face the motivational dilemma at some point and while some of the above motivational strategies may seem conflicting on their face – giving yourself a deadline versus taking a break for example – they all have their place in the life of a successful entrepreneur.

Proven Way's To Market Your Website Offline

Although it is clear that most website users of the internet use search engines to find their destination, is there a better alternative?

I recently had a look at the stats of a website I have been working on. To my amazement only 5% of the visitors came from other websites or search engines, the rest were direct requests. This website is only 3 months old, so it is fairly new with barely any link popularity, but for such a new website an average of 150 visitors a day, is not too bad.

I asked the owner how he was promoting his website, and to my amazement he was using none other than flyers. The website is advertising his adventure tourism business, as you may have noticed when you visit a tourist destination there are plenty of flyers on the counter. Advertising all sorts of accommodation or locations to visit.

He employed a very smart Graphical Designer to create a flyer that is very eye catching. These flyers are so catchy that he has told me that he never has enough. You may be thinking that this is expensive because you have to pay for the printing, but in actual fact it is much cheaper than some internet advertising. For instance to even have his website listed optimally on Google's Ad words he would be paying in excess of 50c a click. Whereas printing flyers that can be passed on for years only cost 23c each.

On the other hand some people choose to spend thousands on optimizing their websites, gambling to be in the top of the results. Or you could choose to use paid advertising, but targeting your potential customers can be difficult and costly. I am certain that the old fashioned flyer advertising is here to stay.

The benefits of flyers are astronomical; targeting your audience is the key to success. Travel destinations, travel agents and rental agencies are all targeting his potential customers. Since he first began his business, he has always used flyer advertising, and with the amalgamation with the website business is soaring. This indicates to me that with the synergy of the real world and the internet we can create very powerful advertising campaigns.

Do You Have A Good Landing Page?

What is a landing page

That’s been a lot of talk about landing page these days. So, what’s a landing page? It's the page your website visitor arrived at after clicking a link. The link could be on any page on your website or pay per click advertising or banner ads or keyword search.

The goal of landing page is to cause your visitors to take definite action. You don't want your visitors to leave until you get them to do what you want them to do. To click on the buy button, to sign up for an affiliate program, to download a free ebook or software, to sign up for a course, or to subscribe to your free newsletter.

The landing page is a direct marketing copy. Your visitors landed here through a link on your web-page, an ad, a keyword search, pay per click advertising, banner ads, and now you want to convert them.

Here are some tips to design a good landing page...

1.Content Relevance

Your landing page content must be relevant to what people were looking for when they applied the click through. The closer the match is the higher the chances of conversion.

2.Be Concise

Net writing is different than offline writing. Generally, when people surf the Internet they give short attention span to what they are reading. So be concise. When visitors arrive at your landing page they are already predisposed to buy, or they want to get more information of your product or service.

By all means give them information but be concise. Don't use more than three sentences to communicate a point. Think through and concise what you want to say. Use bullet ed list to communicate the benefits of your product or service.

3.Get straight to the point

The landing page is a highly customized marketing copy for your product or service or affiliate product or service. Don't distract your visitors with advertisements, links to other web pages. Don't let your visitors wade through a whole bunch of hosh posh before they get to want they want.

4.Focus

Dedicate one landing page to only one product or service. Don't try to promote multiple products (unless they are of the same product group)or services on one page. Create separate landing pages and campaigns if you have multiple products or services to promote. Focus on one product or one product group on each landing page.

5.Be Factual

Use facts and figures instead of generalities.

General: Prices Reduced
Factual: Prices Reduced by 20 percent

6.Clear Call to Action

Tell your visitors what you want them to do. Buy now, click here to download, fill in name and email address to subscribe or whatever. Keep all call to action text in bold.

7.Readable Text

Sure, there's nothing much to look at a page with white background and black fonts. But it's definitely easier to read the text than a red
background with black fonts. Remember, it's the words that sell. Your website visitors must be able to read your text with ease.

8.Navigation Links

Not at all, if you could help it. The only link you want your website visitors to click on your landing page is the call to action link.

9.Graphics and Images

Keep visual effects to a minimum unless you are running an online audio or video business, real estate business, or selling holiday destinations. Keep in mind that for direct marketing it's the words that sell. Graphics and images serve only to enhance your text communication, not cloud it.

10.Grammatical and Spelling Errors

Check through your text and correct all grammatical and spelling errors. Otherwise it gives your website visitors a negative impression of you and the company you represent. Once visitors have a negative impression, it becomes difficult to convince them of the product or service that you are promoting. First impression counts a lot.

11.Make it personal

Make it personal to connect with your visitors. Use a lot of You and Your in your text.

12.Make your text clear and simple to understand<qtlend></qtlend>

Avoid colloquialism or jargons. Use terms and phrases that people readily understood. Use short sentences, and phrase them in the active voice.

8 Simple But Highly Effective Ways To Make Money In Your Blog

Blogging is just a must have for every internet marketer out there. A blog, which has been defined as an online journal, is a place where someone can post exactly what’s on their mind. While some bloggers could care less if their posts are read, others actively try to gain more readers. Some advertisers are offering money for blogs that get high traffic amounts, so learning to blog better can be an important task. If you are interesting in learning more about better blogging, check out these six helpful tips.

Use a Casual Tone

The most interesting blogs are not written using formal grammar rules. Frankly, the formal tone can be a little boring and web surfers don’t want to read through a bunch of “hoity-toity” text. If you want your blog to be popular and a success overall, consider writing in a more casual tone. Think of the writing as being a conversation you are having with a friend. Write exactly the way you would talk, not the way you are supposed to talk. Using slang and other words that may not be considered “proper” is a great way for your blog to reach a wide variety of viewers. Using humor and other personality characteristics in your writing will make people want to keep coming back to read your newest entries.

Don’t Overdo It

Keeping your blog short will help you retain any interested viewers. People don’t want to spend massive amounts of time reading text on the web. If they wanted to read a novel, they would do just that. Try to stick to your point and keep it nice and short. A blog that is more than 500 or 700 words is just too much. If you need to carry on with the topic, consider creating another post that finishes your point. Although this is basically creating one long blog, the break in the text will be welcoming and readers will be less likely to get bored.

Never Advertise Improperly

Too often people use blogs as a space to advertise their services or their products. This can be a cheap way to get your work out there. It is noted however that blog readers can get annoyed quickly at advertisements on blogs. If you must advertise on your blog, consider doing so in a more subtle manner. Write a short post about your product and put a link to your website. Don’t take up your entire blog space with the advertisement. Although it may seem like a great idea, you will essentially be scaring people away from your blog altogether.

Check Your Spelling

Although the tone of your blog should be kept casual, you should still edit your work. There is a way to be casual, without being sloppy. You should always check your spelling before you submit your post. If your posts are sloppy and full of misspelled words, people will think that you are not educated and probably won’t take anything you say seriously. Some blogging software comes will a spell check features, while some doesn’t. If your blogging software does not come with any spell check feature, simply create your post in a word processing software and use the spell check there. Then cut and paste your edited work into the blogging software text area. This will allow you to post without spelling errors, which is highly recommended.

Be Versatile

If you want to reach the largest amount of people, you do not need to advertise endlessly. You simply must be versatile with your post topics. Those blogs that cover only one type of thing may be popular with one specific targeted group of people. That is fine, if it is what you want. If you want to reach everyone however, you need to post on everything. Consider posting on current affairs, music, books, and other hot issues. This will draw people in. When you post about popular things in the news, it will draw people to your site when they do a search on the web.

Post Often

People who become fans of your blog will likely be looking for a new post every few days. Some will only look once a week. If you want to keep your blog fresh and interesting, you should post often. Posting often is something that takes very little time, because your entries should stay short and sweet. It is a way however to keep things new and exciting for your biggest fans. They will be waiting for your new posts and will continue logging on as long as you provide them with new information.

Building Residual Income With Affiliate Marketing

Residual income is where you get paid over and over for doing your work one time. This is also known as recurring income as is a fantastic concept once you understand how to use it to your advantage.

One way to create residual income is to become an affiliate marketer. Oftentimes people do not think of affiliate marketing<qtlend></qtlend> as a way to create residual income.

Here are four ways you can build a residual income for the future and do it with affiliate marketing.

1. You may be familiar with two tier affiliate programs. These programs pay you for sales that you make, and they also pay you a commission on sales of affiliates that you recruit.

A way to create residual income from this business model is to build a sales force of super affiliates and earn income on every sale they make. Over time you can walk away from your business and still make money every month on the sales of these highly qualified affiliates.

2. Develop multiple websites and earn money every month on autopilot. Here are people who make millions of dollars every year on websites that they do not even look at anymore. These sites generate traffic, and create commissions for them through affiliate sales, because of the hard work they have done in previous years.

One way to do this is to do affiliate marketing in multiple niches. This way you can make money on the Internet selling many different kinds of products.

3. Sell residual income programs that contain a membership fee. For example there are training programs on the Internet today that bill on a recurring basis.

As an affiliate you can earn a commission every time one of these rebilling occurs. Over time this can add up to a tremendous monthly income just on sales that you made previously.

Another example of this is to sell products people use and need again. Website hosting is a good product to sell as an affiliate because people need to host their site next month too!

4. Create your own products and let affiliates sell them for you. For example you could write an ebook and sell it with the ClickBank.com. Every month new sales can be made for this product as you work at creating new products.

This is four ways to use affiliate marketing to build a residual income of your own. It takes a lot of hard work to develop a residual income initially, but the rewards down the road can be worth it financially.
Best Wishes.

Riteforu Internet Information Blog: Best Internet Marketing Solutions Without Overspending

Riteforu Internet Information Blog: Best Internet Marketing Solutions Without Overspending

Why!...Three main reasons why people fail.

1. Not really getting started.

Lots of people sign up for some program or another and think that is all there is to it, and that the money will come rolling in, wrong! As with anything getting started is the hardest part requiring planning and organisation, get this part right and the momentum you create will then push your business forward in leaps and bounds, any reputable program will have all the information you require to get your home business off to a flying start.

2. Half hearted approach.

Many people fall into this category. Oh well I gave i ago, but it did not work out for me, did not really expect it to, these people are just looking for an excuse to fail. This is an attitude that we acquire as we grow up, as a child failure was not part of your vocabulary. For example learning to ride a bicycle, no doubt you probably fell off more than once, it hurt, but it did not stop you, you would get back on it until you mastered the skill, same with your home business you will have falls, it is all part of the learning curve, you will learn more from these slight setbacks than from your successes enabling you and your business skills to develop.

3. Belief

This is probably the most common category, this is also the biggest difference between successful people and the vast majority of people, no matter what walk of life they come from, everybody as dreams and ideas, the difference between some body successful, and the vast majority of people, is that successful people have the belief and conviction to make their ideas happen doing what ever is needed to fulfil their dreams, if you do not really believe in your home business how will you convince anybody else too. Believe in your business and other people will as well, believe, and your business will thrive.

Getting started.

This can seem a pretty daunting task, and this is where most people fail, but don`t worry, even if you know absolutely nothing about home businesses, as stated earlier all reputable programs will supply you with all the help, information and support that you will require, to ensure that your business is a success.

Motivation.

What motivates somebody to start their own home business, desires, pleasure. Millions dream of the benefits of owning a successful business, financial Independence for one and with that comes personal freedom, figures out indicate that on an average day six million residence of America alone search for home business opportunities, but desires and dreams of a better lifestyle are not always enough to motivate somebody into action, the biggest motivator of all is often pain, losing ones source of income, or a reduction in income for what ever reason, the emotional pain that comes with trying to exist on a reduced income level as motivated thousands of people into starting their own successful home businesses. Don`t let pain be your motivator, instead let your desires and goals motivate you and your business, allowing you and your family to live the lifestyle you deserve and dream about.

In Conclusion

Once you have made the decision to start your own home business, just keep focused on what motivated you to start your home business in the first place, this will provide the drive required to push your home business forward. A final thought, what if you was to take the action required today? what might your lifestyle be like in a years time?

This brought about the beginning of a new way of life for many people. Instead of struggling to make ends meet with a low paying job, now you can have a business career at home by operating your own Internet business. This is not a difficult task and the cost of getting everything set up is not at all high. You can stay at home, work when you like and dress how you like with a home business career.

Many people shy away from the idea of a home business career because they feel it means door-to-door selling or managing home parties to sell products. With the advances in technology, you can have your own turnkey Internet business with just the click of your mouse. Getting started with this type of Internet home business does mean you have to do a little research to find out what it is that consumers want to buy.

Online shopping makes it possible for you to have an Internet home business career that you operate from home. With the convenience of the online retailers being open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, more and more consumers shop for just about everything they need through the Internet. An online pharmacy, for example, is a very profitable type of turnkey Internet business as is selling hard to find products, such as plus size clothing.

The wealth of information available on the Internet about various turnkey businesses and how you can get started right away is overwhelming. You do need to find a home business career in something that you really love, whether it is jewelry, address labels, or hot tubs. Anything and everything is sold on the Internet and setting up your own website is the first step involved in having your own home business career. You can write articles to lead in to each product and link to another company if you wish to become an affiliate and make money this way. Either way, a turnkey Internet business is profitable.

You do have to be patient because success with a turnkey Internet business does not happen overnight. You do have to build up the website in the search engine rankings so that people looking for the product you sell will find it. In addition to setting up your own home business career with an Internet site, you can have Google ads that pay you every time someone clicks through on one of them. Having a home business career is an excellent way to have more leisure time, but you do have to put in time getting it started.

So if you want a home business career an internet home business is a very viable alternative.

Is Working On The Internet A Real Business?

I suspect that far too many people fall into the trap of thinking that an online business is easier to start and run than an offline business. It is possible that an online business could require less money up front to start but I’m not convinced less work is an option – unless you have that so-called “magic selling” product.

Most people starting out with an online business probably do not fully understand what they are getting involved with. They understand the internet, and that they can pretty much access the world from their PC. So then maybe it is true that if one starts an online business by setting up a website<qtlend></qtlend> then the whole world will see it and buy from it - Right?

Unfortunately this kind of thinking leads many people into a trap, and they fall victim to many online opportunities which are promoted as “Easy Money”. Trust me, if it was easy money they would be making it without you.

Maybe it is easier to understand by comparing an online business startup with an offline business start up.

You don’t want to spend much money with startup costs, so you begin a business from your basement or garage. This would be similar to getting your own domain name or website in the online environment. Initially all you have is an online name with very little content.

Next, your offline business needs a product or service to sell. People are not real likely to just stop by and drop off money without getting something in return. An online business needs a product or service to sell also. “Opportunity” itself is not a product. Direct marketing (an offline business) used this same business model – they sold products as well as offering an opportunity for one to make an income generating business.

Ok, so now we’re legal and have our business started with a good product or service offered. Does the money flow begin now? Not really, since very few people will know that your business exists. You’ll need to do some advertising to make people aware of your business. An online business is very similar. You’re going to need to promote your website so that others will know you are out there.

As your offline business begins to grow, you’ll find the need to bring on other resources to assist with the additional business. You may also outgrow your space or need space with better accessibility for more people. An online business will also require more resources as it grows. More often the needs of an online business are “digital” or “electronic” versus the “physical” needs of an offline business. However, most of these “electronic” products or services have associated costs.

The point of this comparison is simply that an online business does not simply succeed overnight. Sure, there are always exceptions, but most new businesses take time and effort to succeed. If anyone tells you differently, then be careful! Don’t be too quick to pull out the credit card.

An online business can be very rewarding just as an offline business is for many people. Just be realistic as you approach it.
